365 COACHING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

The 365 Coaching Development Program is designed for elite U13+ players at the AAA level and above, offering a limited number of packages annually to maintain a private atmosphere. This exclusive, year-long program connects athletes with Major Junior Level Coaches, integrating both on-ice and off-ice training for comprehensive development.

BASIC
PACKAGE

The BASIC PACKAGE of the 365 Coaching Development Program offers year-long skill enhancement with Major Junior Coaches. It includes an initial consultation with a player assessment and a tailored development plan. Players receive 6 on-ice sessions in small groups for technical skill practice and 6 individual video breakdowns with online consultations. In-game recordings are provided by a licensed videographer. This package helps players adapt to higher-level training and video analysis methods.

PREMIER PACKAGE

The PREMIER PACKAGE of the 365 Coaching Development Program offers year-long skill enhancement with Major Junior Coaches. It includes an initial consultation with a player assessment and a tailored development plan. Players receive 6 on-ice sessions in small groups and a 7-week Summer Development Program focused on position-specific skills. Additionally, the package provides 6 individual video breakdowns with online consultations. In-game recordings are done by a licensed videographer. This package is ideal for players seeking comprehensive year-round training.
