With over 17 years of experience in hockey development, Matt Chiarantano is a seasoned professional dedicated to nurturing top-tier talent. Currently serving as an Assistant Coach for the Brampton Steelheads in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), Matt brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his coaching techniques and practices.
Matt has a proven track record of working with elite athletes from various leagues, including the NHL, AHL, NCAA, and CHL. His expertise in developing players' skills, strategies, and overall game performance has made him a respected figure in the hockey community. Committed to excellence, Matt Chiarantano continues to inspire and lead the next generation of hockey players with his innovative coaching techniques and unwavering dedication.

Sean Teakle - Assistant Coach Jacksonville Icemen (ECHL)
Sean brings a wealth of hockey experience and an immense passion for the game. He has coached in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for both the Owen Sound Attack and the Niagara IceDogs. Before his tenure in the OHL, Sean served as an Associate Coach with the North York Rangers in the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) and was the Head Coach of The Hill Academy Prep Program.
In addition to coaching, Sean has a strong background in scouting, having worked as a scout for the Ottawa 67's for six seasons. With over 12 years in player development, Sean has collaborated with numerous teams and players, helping to shape their careers.
As a player, Sean spent four years in the OJHL with the Streetsville Derby's, Georgetown Raiders, and Oakville Blades. During his playing career, he won two league championships and competed in a National Championship.
